Following an agreement with Zarbie Studio on our recording or graphic design services, three methods of payment are offered.
Terms of payment:
Project types
Whether you are just recording a few songs, designing your CD booklet or any other relatively short project, an initial payment representing one third of the total amount requested will be required. The final payment is due at the end of the project and must cover the full amount.
Note: as stipulated in the terms of payment, if you choose to pay by personal check, it must be received ten days before the end of the project and must cover the total billed amount
For longer-term projects such as an album or a website design, the full amount will be divided into three payments:
- One third of the total amount will be paid at the beginning of the project.
- A second payment equal to one third is due mid-project;
- The last payment, covering the full amount, must be received before the product or service terminates.
Note: as stipulated in the terms of payment, if you choose to pay by personal check, it must be received ten days before the end of the project and must cover the total billed amount.
For recurring projects such as the design and layout of a newspaper (weekly, monthly, etc.), a first payment representing one third of the amount requested will be required. The final payment must be received 30 days after the end of the project.
*Note that deposits for the recording studio are non-refundable.
